The why…
Where Peppers Grow Wild and Sauces Get Dangerous
Every year, I plant peppers with one goal: to push the boundaries of flavor and fire. From sweet heat to full-blown face-melters, I turn whatever grows in my garden into handcrafted, small-batch hot sauces.
A few favorites will stick around, but most of what I make? One-time-only. Limited release. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
One of my greatest joys (besides watching someone regret their life choices mid-taste test 😈) is seeing people light up when they try something they’ve never had before—something unexpected, complex, maybe even a little unhinged.
Now I want to hear from you.
Tell me what hit, what missed, and what made you sweat in the best (or worst) way.
Was it too hot? Not hot enough? Did the flavor slap or fall flat? Did you put it on everything or throw it out the window?
Whatever your experience, I want to know.
Drop your feedback and help shape the next round of madness.
This is just the beginning.
